Who is responsible for your data

Clezia, a hair restoration clinic in Playa del Carmen, Quintana Roo, Mexico, is responsible for your personal data. Contact: contact@clezia.com.

The data we collect

When you book a free valuation: your first and last name, email address, WhatsApp number and country of residence; your choices for the valuation (treatment, online or in person, language, preferred timing); and two health answers: whether you have had a hair transplant before, and whether you take a treatment such as minoxidil, finasteride or dutasteride. Health information is sensitive personal data.

Why we use it

Only to prepare your free valuation and your care, and to contact you about them, by email or WhatsApp. We do not use your data for advertising and we never sell it.

Your consent

We process your health information only with your express consent, given in the form. You can withdraw it at any time by writing to contact@clezia.com. Your answers are not a medical diagnosis.

Who can see it

Only the Clezia team: the team members who call you and our medical team. Your answers are stored with Google (Google Sheets), our service provider, which may store data outside Mexico.

How long we keep it

If you do not become a patient, we delete your request 24 months after our last contact. Patient medical records are kept for at least five years, as Mexican law requires.

Your rights

You can access, correct or delete your data, object to its use and withdraw your consent by writing to contact@clezia.com. We reply within 20 days. If you live in the European Union, you can also ask for a copy of your data in a portable format and lodge a complaint with your data protection authority (in France, the CNIL).

This website does not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels.
